The L92 Series Vibrating Fork Point Level Switch is a heavy-duty stainless steel vibrating fork ideal for measuring the presence of solids and powders across a wide range of media and applications. When materials come into contact with the fork tines, the frequency of vibration falls relative to the natural resonance frequency in free air, sending an electronic signal detecting the presence of material. These durable, yet compact, devices come with a wide range of electrical connections, outputs, fittings, and a number of other selections to meet any end-user demands. The vibrating fork level switch is ideal in free flowing powders and granules, most commonly found in the agriculture and cement industries. They can be mounted on the top or side of tanks or grain elevators, and can operate in temperatures up to 392°F and pressures up to 215 PSIG.
The L95 Series Level Transmitters leverage high performance silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors as the lead sensing element. The transmitter measures the vertical depth of a column of liquid and converts this depth into standard amplified analog signals.
The L95 Series are IP68-rated devices, featuring a fullysealed structure and made from 304 stainless steel. The cable used in these transmitters is anti-oil, waterproof, and electromagnetic effect-shielded.
This device has a fully integrated structure with sensing element and signal conditioning circuit located and sealed in the probe housing. In application, the transmitter is submerged in the measured liquid with no external adjustment or calibration needed.
The L96 Capacitance Level Transmitter is an advanced, highly customizable device for liquid level measurement and control in various tanks and other enclosures. The probe can be custom-designed to meet the unique needs of the end-user and application, and the device can be calibrated by the user to provide both continuous level data and switching functionality. The L96 comes with a configurable analog output as well as a relay output for users in need of a level transmitter and level switch all-in-one solution. The devices also have an optional OLED display for applications where visual calibration and monitoring is necessary.
Numerous output options are available including 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, and 4-20mA. The durable stainless steel construction affords use in temperatures up to 392ºF (200ºC), and maximum system pressures up to 500 PSIG. Numerous probe lengths, internal electronics, and other options are available to be custom-designed to the exact needs of the application and media.
